System
Architecture:
The highlights of
the DialResults CT Server System Architecture
include:
• Open Architecture
– DialResults Software Telephony
Server and Dialogic® Hardware
with optional development toolkit
allows integration with existing or
custom applications. It also includes
Open Architecture Database Integration
with any ODBC compliant database.
• Windows 2000 Network Operating
System and Windows 95/98 or Thin Client
Workstations (includes most DialResults
features)
• Integrates with most PBXs
• Scalable software architecture
DialResults Integrated
CT Server has been designed for the
Windows 2000 operating system to interface
with and manage the services of DialResults
Software Telephony Server (TSTS).
TSTS is an open architecture system
allowing integration with any desktop
application via its customizable interface
to DDE clients and servers, and can
be used in conjunction with most PBXs.
Industry-standard Dialogic Hardware
is used.
DialResults supports
a full client and server implementation.
The server components of DialResults
run in a Windows 2000 environment,
while the various client application
components run on any version of Windows.
As a product designed around the CT
Server and distributed computing philosophy,
DialResults consists of a core message
distribution routing system which
integrates a number of specialized
support, server and application modules.
These modules either support or provide
application functionality.
System overhead is
handled by three DialResults Server
Components – Call Control, Agent
Server, and TSTS connected to one
another through the Broadcast Server
Component. This connection strategy
coupled with the open architecture
built into TSTS results in good system
scalability and the software '
s unique ability to support feature
enhancements. In addition, the Distributed
System Architecture and TCP/IP connectivity
allow supervisor, agent, and administrator
applications to be run anywhere on
the network whether a LAN, WAN or
over the Internet.
The software is controllable
by, and can be integrated with, host
database systems via its flexible
Visual Basic and ODBC interface. Starting
with a host or legacy database, loading
campaigns, managing and tracking calls,
and re- integrating the relevant call
data back to the host database is
easy with the tools provided in DialResults.
The DialResults Integrated CT Server
employs a graphical user interface
that is highly visual and conforms
to the latest Windows interface design
standards. |
